Comments: Here's what listeners are saying about PAGA'
Thanks! A great song .A 'humbling' song. The church asked me to sing it at the upcoming ladies brunch . I said yes...my husband says its my new "willing heart song".That is also my testimony song.I hope you are well. I look forward to seeing you in Fla. sometimes. I am a weekend D.J. at our local radio station. WHIF.org in Palatka, Fl. It's where hope is found!!! Thanks again, Alisha
I really didn't think Kelly could put out a project that could equal, much less top her previous recordings, but PAGA is praiseworthy, oh, so praiseworthy. I have a difficult time concentrating on anything else as I listen to it; it draws my mind and heart to the beauty of the Lord. All the lesser things of life take their place as I listen.
This woman is absolutely amazing with her voice and is truly an inspiration to all who believe in Christ Jesus.

I wasn't going to be SO disappointed if this wasn't to be a great album. I love Kelly Willard. But I was half expecting this to be somehow not her best. Well, this album is beautiful and Kelly speaks to the listener as always with her encouragement and self-pained knowledge of life and suffering given to the love and redemption to be found only in The Lord.
At first I was concerned when I listened to the short samples before purchasing this album because I noticed the vocals were slightly different than her previous projects, a tad more filtered with effects, or slightly more embedded in the accompaniments. And when I purchased it and listened this was still true. I don't know if this is because her voice is a little "older" and maybe not as facile, or if it was just the producer's desire for the overall effect of the arrangements. I'm thinking now it was the latter, though it doesn't matter because after just one full listening I knew that this was a very well put together album and would be providing enduring listenings of enjoyment; it is simply beautifully done like all of Kelly Willard's work. Kelly plays with some different timbres in her voice, at times a little Twila Paris, others a little Janet Paschal (Yoke Me With Your Presence); but don't worry, it is definitely Kelly Willard. She has made a wonderful, uplifting, personal, and effective work and it will be spinning now a lot at home. Thank you Kelly.
Kelly Willard is back after a long hiatus. When you read what this anointed and blessed woman has been through the last couple of years, it is simply amazing that she can come through as close to a "Job experience" as anyone could, and not walk away from it all. Her music is as fresh, uplifting, and prayerful as ever and I hope it is sooner rather than later that she is working on another beautiful and Spirit Filled album as PAGA! Welcome Back Kelly!
Kelly, I listened to your PAGA CD and fell in love with your music. It has lifted me up and given me another chance to get close to God through music. Your voice is angelic and the song Beautiful Jesus that was sung with your daughter is inspirational and it touched my heart so deeply. My deepest sympathy goes out to you. I have only one child, a daughter, who is 22 and I don't ever want to know what loss you had experienced. God does guide us through our darkest hours.
God Bless You. Debbie Ellsworth
We just received PAGA. I had thought that nothing new could be as good as what you've already produced. I was wrong. We are so blessed by the music and ministry of PAGA. It is yet another proof--stronger yet than your previous albums--of the ministry being of Jesus, and not of human effort or will. With all you've been through, Jesus shines through. He's been with you and your dear family all this time, with all the things you've all faced, and now your beautiful Haylie is with Him. Thank you, Sister. Thank you so much.
Love, Cami
Dear Kelly,
You have been on my heart a lot lately. I was in last Days Community in Texas 1979 -1980 and visited with Keith Green the week of the plane crash in 1982. (I should have been on the plane but that's another story)
Anyway, I want you to know how much your songs have meant to me since 1979. It's not just the words, or your voice, but the Spirit of God blowing encouragement and confidence and strength though it. Simple, yet amazing! I have recently downloaded Paga from iTunes and the same Holy Spirit is still "brooding" over the recording. Strange, it's not you (or your daughter) it's JESUS!! So hard to explain what I am trying to say to you, but I hope you get a jolt of real encouragement from me to you...
Kelly, I've been your fan since your first album. From my DJ days, through my 20 years of pastoring (in Orlando, FL) and writing music reviews for various magazines, and now in my role as Writer/Campus Pastor in north GA, I was thrilled to hear each song on the new CD.
I want to send you a copy of my book Changing My Mind. It is an honest story of my battle w/ epilepsy and we have side bars w/ other stories about death, disease, and disappointment. You have been through so much. The valleys of dark shadows are not pleasant. We need honest, musical confessions like yours to bring healing to us. But I hurt for you and I'm sorry for your wars. Tell me where to send the book (each chapter title is a song title) and I'll have a friend mail it your way. Thanks again for your music.
Aloha Kelly,
Woooow! What a collection of "arrows" that shoot straight to the heart! Knowing a little of your story makes these songs even more powerful and beautiful. Thank you for your faithfulness and the desire to express the power of God and His love through your words and music. May God continue to bless you!
Just a personal note. Kelly my wife and daughter sang "Beautiful Jesus" at a mother daughter banquet at our church; I was the only guy there (running sound) beside our pastor. The theme was the bride of Christ, many unchurched ladies were there because of the nature of the event, your song was last and there were many tears as the ladies got the connection of Gods awesome love in Christ. The invitation was given to accept Jesus and be at the wedding supper of the lamb. It was a beautiful moving occasion I won?t ever forget. I give thanks as I write this note, thinking about Gods tender faithfulness shown in and through you. I am so happy he loves us and hears our cries.
